REPÈRE: better managed, networked real estate assets
With 80,000 square metres of buildings spread across seven campuses, Sciences Po is embarking on the digital transformation of its real estate management.
Led by the Real Estate Department, with support from the Information Systems Department, the REPÈRE project aims to centralise and improve the reliability of data relating to the real estate portfolio.
- Occupancy monitoring, equipment status, energy performance: everything will be managed via a single, interconnected database.
- Technical documents and plans will be better structured, more accessible and shared between the relevant departments.
This new tool will be integrated with existing systems (HR, finance, etc.) to streamline processes and improve coordination.
The objective is clear: to operate buildings more efficiently, sustainably and flexibly, resulting in productivity gains for teams and a more detailed view of the property portfolio.
Sciences Po is equipping itself with a strategic tool to manage its real estate, with completion scheduled for December 2025.
